How to order on line
To shop on line at Taftan simply browse our products and click on the quantity and then "add" to any items you wish to buy, these items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "checkout" button, which takes you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information and send them to us via our secure server (If preferred you can also call us on 01244 351977 and place the order over the phone). We will contact you within 24 to confirm your order and give you an estimated delivery date, which will then be updated by our delivery company who will call to organise exactly when your goods will arrive.

Ordering on line is VERY safe
At Taftan,we use a secure server and a system from Royal Bank of Scotland for all credit and debit card payments. It is so secure we guarantee any costs that your credit card company hold you responsible for if your card is used fraudulently as a result of shopping with Taftan using our secure transaction system.

Delivery charges
GIFTS - We have a standard delivery charge of £3.50 for all small gift orders up to the value of £100. Delivery is free for gift orders over £100. FURNITURE - We have a standard delivery charge of £50 for single item furniture deliveries in England,Wales and Scotland. The charge for multiple item deliveries can be discussed at the time of order.Some of the more remote Scottish areas will have an extra charge, which we can also discuss at the point of order.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your furniture will fit into your house, please check the size of doorways and hallways prior to order. If you are unsure we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Returns
Should you not be completely happy with goods purchased online from Taftan, you may return your goods within seven days and receive a full refund.

Bespoke items - the placing of a bespoke order represents a contractual agreement between the Customer and Taftan Limited. The Customer will be required to make full and final payment upon placemaent of the order. The goods ordered for the Customer (specifically) are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
